Overview:
The Clayton County Health District's Environmental Health Department will host a public hearing to discuss the adoption of new Environmental Health Body Art Rules and updates to the Fee Schedule. These proposed changes are designed to enhance and standardize operation standards for Body Art studios and artists and to streamline fee structures to better serve our community.
Purpose of the Hearing:
This public hearing is an opportunity for community members to provide feedback on the proposed 511-3-8 Rules and Regulations for Body Art. These regulations aim to establish a statewide standard of operations for owners and operators of Body Art studios. Additionally, updates to the Environmental Health Fee Schedule are intended to ensure fair and equitable cost recovery for services provided and to offer additional services for our community members.
