Looking for a refreshing way to unwind, stretch, and strengthen your body this summer?

Clayton County Parks and Recreation invites residents to enjoy an evening of movement and wellness at Sunset Pilates on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Led by Jasmine Holland of Good and Well, LLC, this outdoor Pilates experience combines gentle exercise with the peaceful atmosphere of a summer sunset. Whether you’re new to Pilates or already enjoy regular fitness activities, this session provides an opportunity to improve flexibility, core strength, balance, and overall well-being while connecting with others in the community.
