Riverdale’s Free Dance Your Pounds Off Event Celebrates Survivors and Supporters

Breast cancer survivors, supporters, families and friends are invited to get moving together during the free Dance Your Pounds Off event at Riverdale Town Center.

The morning will combine aerobics, dancing, prizes and community fun led by celebrity fitness instructor Dwight Holt. Participants can enjoy an upbeat fitness activity while spending time with others who support breast cancer awareness and the people affected by the disease.
