Notice pursuant to OCGA 50-14-1(d)(1): Notice is hereby given to the public of the scheduling of regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Clayton County Land Bank. Such regular meetings shall occur on the third Thursday of the month at 5:30pm. To ensure the health and safety of Land Bank Board Members and the general public, such regular meetings shall be conducted via Zoom until further notice. The meeting may be accessed at the following web address: https://zoom.us/j/94058195944. The Land Bank Board reserves the right to cancel or postpone any regularly scheduled meeting, as circumstances warrant. All meetings are open to the public, except for those occasions involving matters that are specifically exempt by the Georgia Open Meetings Law.
