Walking to Help Local Families
Miles for Hope benefits Hope for the Holidays, a Healing Grounds Foundation initiative focused on providing food and support to families during the holiday season. The Foundation says its holiday campaign helps provide warm meals and comfort to families facing financial strain.
This year’s campaign has a goal of helping more than 40 families, and the October walk gives Clayton County residents another way to contribute while enjoying a morning outdoors with family, friends and neighbors.
Participants can donate to the campaign through the QR code included on the event flyer or visit the Healing Grounds Foundation website for additional information and ways to support the organization.
