Hoss Head 1st Annual Car Show & Wellness Awareness Day Brings “Cars With a Purpose” to College Park
Classic cars, community resources and health awareness will come together for the Hoss Head 1st Annual Car Show & Wellness Awareness Day on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Grooming Lounge & Salon in College Park.
The free community event will run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and combines a five-era car showcase with health screenings, wellness information, food, vendors and family activities.

Cars With a Purpose
Car enthusiasts will get a chance to see vehicles representing five different eras:
1950s – Classics
1960s – Rides
1970s – Lowriders
1980s – G-Bodies
1990s – B-Bodies
But the afternoon is about more than the cars. Under the theme “5 Eras. 1 Community. A Healthier Tomorrow,” organizers are using the event to bring attention to several major health concerns, including high blood pressure, prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer and diabetes.
Attendees can also expect free health screenings, health resources, vendors, food and family fun throughout the afternoon.
