Throughout June, the Father Movement and the Clayton County Health District are partnering to present a four-part Men’s Health Month series focused on strengthening fathers, families, and the community.
The series highlights important topics including fatherhood, physical activity, nutrition, healthy relationships, and positive role modeling.
Organizers are encouraging men throughout Clayton County to participate in events designed to support personal growth, family engagement, and overall wellness.
Event Schedule
Event 1: Fatherhood Conference & Awards Ceremony
Date: Friday, June 5, 2026
Location: Morrow Center, Morrow, Georgia
The series kicked off with a conference and awards ceremony recognizing fathers and community leaders who are making a positive impact.
Event 2: Raising Champions
Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026
Location: Starr Park
This family-focused event emphasizes movement, mentorship, and positive role modeling while encouraging fathers and children to stay active together.
Event 3: Fuel to Perform — Dinner and Cooking Demonstration
Date: Monday, June 16, 2026
Location: Clayton County Health District
Participants will learn practical nutrition strategies and healthy cooking techniques designed to support long-term wellness and performance.
Event 4: Generations of Strength — Healthy Relationships Across Generations
Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026
Location: Clayton County Health District
The final event in the series will focus on building strong relationships, improving communication, and creating lasting family connections across generations.
