5th Annual #HarlemMeetsGeorgia Back To School Block Party Coming to Forest Park

Families in Clayton County can get ready for an afternoon of fun, music, and back-to-school excitement at the 5th Annual #HarlemMeetsGeorgia Back To School Block Party in Forest Park.

This free community event is scheduled for Sunday, July 12, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 803 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297. The event is presented by G.R.A.C.E. (Gathering Resources and Community Enrichment), 102.6 The Situation, and the City of Forest Park.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities, including:

• Live music

• Food truck vendors

• Game truck

• Bouncy house

• Horseback riding

• School supply giveaway (while supplies last)

Please note that youth must be present to receive school supplies.

Community partners and sponsors helping make this event possible include Zoo Atlanta, Answer the Bell Entertainment, and other local supporters committed to serving families throughout the region.

As students prepare to return to the classroom, this event offers a chance for families to connect, have fun, and pick up school supplies before the new school year begins.
