Due to the ongoing government shutdown, many residents across the South are facing a difficult month without their usual SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits.
To help fill the gap, New Disabled South is stepping in to offer one-time financial assistance for disabled individuals and families who are impacted. The organization is providing $100 for individuals and $250 for households with two or more people, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you receive SSI or Medicaid along with SNAP and need additional support, you can apply directly at 👉 NDSDJ.org/SNAPHelp.
