Teresa Smith to Host “You Are The Blueprint” Wellness Experience and Book Launch in Palmetto
Women looking for an afternoon focused on rest, reflection and personal renewal are invited to the You Are The Blueprint Wellness Experience & Book Launch on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in Palmetto.
Hosted by Teresa Smith, the event is designed as a four-hour wellness experience centered around mind, body, soul and community. Smith describes the gathering as an opportunity for women who are accustomed to carrying responsibilities for others to have space to slow down, receive and reconnect with themselves.
The experience will include a sound bath, breathwork, massages, food, signature drinks and other wellness-focused activities. Guests will also receive a signed copy of Smith’s book, LeadHERship: The Divine Blueprint, along with a swag bag.
Smith says the book explores nine principles she calls the 9 LeadHERship Codes: Presence, Stillness, Softness, Truth, Wholeness, Trust, Sacred Service, Expansion and Divine Reciprocity.
