The Clayton County Library System is inviting residents to enjoy food, fellowship, and meaningful conversation during Cookout with a Librarian, a special community event happening at the Headquarters Library in Jonesboro, Georgia.
Hosted by Scott Parham, Director of Library Services, the event provides an opportunity for residents to connect with library leadership and community partners in a relaxed and welcoming environment while discussing topics that matter to Clayton County.

The event is free and open to community members.
Special Guest: Mandala Jones
Joining the conversation will be Mandala Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Authority of Clayton County.
The program is being promoted as an “impactful community conversation,” giving residents another opportunity to engage with organizations serving Clayton County and learn more about resources and issues affecting the local community.
And because it’s a cookout, food is part of the experience! The advertised menu includes turkey burgers, turkey hot dogs, beef burgers, beef hot dogs, and tea.
