Get ready to move, sweat, and have fun during a free outdoor group workout in Forest Park, Georgia!
The City of Forest Park Recreation and Leisure Services Department will host Fitness in the Park on Saturday, August 8, 2026. The community workout will be led by the featured instructor from Just Work Fitness.
Participants of different fitness levels are invited to enjoy an energizing workout in a welcoming group environment. This is a great opportunity to exercise outdoors, meet other members of the community, and add something new to your fitness routine at no cost.
