Breaking Survival Mode: A Free Wellness Experience for the Community
Many people find themselves moving through life on autopilot, managing responsibilities, caring for others, and pushing through daily stress without taking time to care for themselves. If that sounds familiar, an upcoming community wellness event in Forest Park may be exactly what you need.
Trifecta Wellness Retreats, in partnership with the Clayton County Community Services Authority, is hosting Breaking Survival Mode, a free community wellness experience designed to help individuals better understand stress, develop practical coping skills, and reconnect with their overall well-being.

What Participants Will Experience
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
• Understand why survival mode can become a familiar way of living
• Learn breathing and grounding techniques that can be used anywhere
• Discover practical tools for managing everyday pressures
• Participate in interactive discussions and guided wellness activities
The event will be facilitated by Sarina Jackson, Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Founder of Trifecta Wellness Retreats, and Min Oliver, Behavioral Health Specialist and COO of Trifecta Wellness Retreats.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply looking for ways to improve your mental wellness, this free event offers a supportive environment to learn and grow alongside others in the community.
Participants who complete the event evaluation will also be entered into a raffle for wellness-themed gift baskets.
