Clayton County, GA- PUBLIC NOTICE State of Georgia Clayton County The Clayton County Board of Commissioners, having received a request to abandon approximately 2.43 acres of an unopened and unconstructed right of way portion of Mount Zion Road, Jonesboro, Georgia and being described below, hereby serves notice to all interested parties, pursuant to OCGA § 32-7-2(b), that a Public Hearing is scheduled for the regular County Commission meeting on July 05, 2022 at 6:30pm at 112 Smith Street, Jonesboro, Georgia, 30236. After which a decision will be rendered as to whether said portion of Mount Zion Road will cease to remain as a public road.
