Clayton County, GA- Hearts to Nourish Hope, Inc will receive $180,594 in United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Home ARP COVID-19 relief funds. These funds will be used for their Bridge Stabilization Program, which provides housing assistance for low-income families impacted by COVID-19.

Coordinated Entry is a client-centered process that streamlines access to the most appropriate housing intervention for each individual or family experiencing homelessness. Within a Coordinated Entry System, clients are prioritized for housing based on vulnerability through a process that is data-driven and real time. The Clayton County Coordinated Entry System for Adults, Youth, and Families coordinates supportive services and housing resources in Clayton County, to form a collaborative network that connects homeless individuals and households to services and housing.
