The official council agenda includes both a resolution adopting the Comprehensive Plan Update and a related ordinance amending Section 15-2 of the City Code. Both items are listed as citywide measures serving all wards. The plan has not yet been adopted. What Is a Comprehensive Plan? Instead, it creates a broader policy framework that elected officials, planning staff and other city leaders can use when making future decisions.
