Beautifying Our Community Volunteer Cleanup Set for June 15, 2026 in Jonesboro, Georgia

Residents are invited to help make Jonesboro shine during the upcoming Beautifying Our Community volunteer cleanup event on Monday, June 15, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Battise Garden Circle Pocket Park in Jonesboro.

Hosted by the City of Jonesboro Beautification Committee and Code Compliance, this community service event will bring volunteers together to improve a local public space while encouraging community pride and environmental stewardship.

Volunteer activities will include:

• Cleaning debris, branches, and overgrown brush

• Removing litter and trash from the grounds

• Installing new community tables and chairs
